CaribbeanGroups.com is able to handle every detail of your group's travel plans! Once you have submitted a complete “Request for Group Proposal”, we work with you to help you decide the perfect location and accommodation option.  We will work with the property directly and wholesalers offering discounted rates only to travel agents. Your proposal will contain information from both sources and you may decide to contract the best offer. Upon the making of your final decision, we will mail brochures and a reservation request form to everyone on your group list. Your group members are then asked to contact us to make all travel arrangements. In addition to hotel accommodations, we arrange airfare, rental car, and sightseeing excursions. We currently do not charge a fee to book groups.
